Overview
Leadership Speaking Core (LSC) is three consecutive days of immersive and transformational training in leadership speaking for leaders who are hungry for the skills that they need in order to increase their repertoire of leadership communication and public speaking skills for personal and professional growth.
It is the most transformational three-day communication training program of its kind.
Who is it for?
Leadership Speaking Core is designed for leaders who want to unlock their full potential as communicators in order to captivate their audiences, increase their influence and elevate their leadership.
Not for the faint-hearted or for those who want a quick-fix for their leadership communication needs, this program is designed for leaders who are ready to roll up their shirt-sleeves and do real work related to improving themselves as communicators.
How does it work?
This high-touch training with no more than six people per cohort, specializes in supporting those who want a learning experience that goes much deeper than the average 1-day training program in leadership communication.
Through embodied learning, participants will learn the essential leadership communication and public speaking tools which all leaders of the digital age must know.
From intensive work on presence, breath and voice, to understanding what it takes to communicate with impact online, to innovative ways to craft compelling content through strategic storytelling, participants will learn the core skills that they need in order to communicate effectively to any audience, on any platform, at any time.
What will leaders learn?
They will:
– Learn the essential leadership communication and public speaking skills that all leaders of the digital age must know
– Forge better relationships, build trust and engagement with those around them and become better leaders
– Understand how to speak with impact, earn the attention of their listeners and authentically connect to their peers, teams, customers and stakeholders
– Learn how to professionally prepare for their speaking opportunities so that they can show up as present and agile communicators who can speak with confidence and ease
– Be able to use the skills that they learn to communicate effectively to any audience, on any platform, at any time
– Discover that the act of leadership speaking is enjoyable and feels good

How does the application process work?
Your application is our way of finding out if LSC is a good fit for your needs and frankly, if you are a good fit for LSC. We are looking for leaders who have experience speaking, but who know that they are capable of so much more. We want leaders who are hungry for the game-changing skills that they will be learning and who have opportunities to implement them on a regular basis.
