Leadership Speaking Master Class

Overview

This unique and highly-immersive learning experience will transform how Team members communicate. Through hands-on experiential learning, including lots of movement, laughter and human connection, the Team will rapidly shift into becoming competent communicators of the digital age, and amplify their ability to communicate with their peers, leaders and customers.

By the end of the Master Class they will understand what it takes to communicate with impact, authenticity and human connection. They will have shared an unforgettable learning experience together and they will walk away feeling motivated and activated to use the powerful communication tools that they have learned straight away.

What will Teams learn?

This dynamic master class will wake up the communication potential of every single Team member. As individuals, they will discover who they are as communicators and experience that the act of effective leadership communication is enjoyable and feels good.

As a Team, their new skills will support them to build trust, foster engagement and increase productivity. They will have the tools that they need to feel more aligned as a group and to forge deeper relationships with each other.
