Signature Program: CORE

Overview

This deep-diving, intensive training solution will transform how leaders communicate with their peers, teams and stakeholders.  Immersive, experiential and fully hands-on, leaders will learn the CORE speaking skills they need to connect with any audience on any platform, from in-person meetings and presentations to virtual speaking opportunities.

The result: greater credibility, influence and impact and the confidence to lead at the highest level of leadership.

Leaders will:

CORE Details

Duration – Foundational Layer: 3 immersive training days
Follow-up Layer: 3 months of 1:1 coaching

Number of Participants:  8 leaders

Selection Process: By nomination and interview with Dr. Penn

Location: In person, at an off-site venue

What is the Program?

For three full days, and for a follow-up period of three months, eight leaders learn the CORE skills needed to take their speaking skills and their leadership to the highest levels.

The Foundational Layer brings leaders together for three immersive days off-site to  experiment, refine and learn how to lead as competent communicators.
In the Follow-up Layer, leaders spend three months working 1:1 with Dr. Penn online, applying what they’ve learned to their real-world speaking opportunities.
