We are looking for a grounded, talented and experienced Independent Sales Representative* to be a part of our team at The Leadership Speaking School. Based in Gland, Switzerland, we train global leaders, teams and change-makers how to unleash their full potential as communicators. Founded in 2010, we combine powerful elements of both leadership and speaking to support our students to become communicators who are authentic, accessible and memorable. We offer a range of educational experiences including master classes, in-depth training and keynote speaking.
We are growing and we need your help! We are looking for someone to drive company sales by inviting customers to purchase our products.
The Independent Sales Representative’s key responsibilities include:
Researching and identifying potential customers through cold calling, networking and following leads
Arranging meetings with potential and existing customers to present company products
Building and maintaining solid working relationships with both new and existing customers
To be a successful candidate, you should have:
Proven work experience as an Independent Sales Representative, a Sales Representative or a similar role in the sales industry with relevant experience
Superior networking, communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management, negotiation and organizational skills
A highly motivated and detail-oriented personality
An enterprising and positive attitude with a good head for business
The ability to work proactively and independently with minimal supervision
